If you can't open the file you downloaded it is most often because you do not have winzip installed on your computer. Winzip is used to zip up many smaller files into one file. Mac users have their own version of Winzip. It is available for free from many vendors on the net. All other issues should be addressed directly to the seller. The seller contact form is found on the right-hand side of each ad from the seller. Pay special attention to the user-handle as some sellers may be selling the same item.

All transactions are handled by Paypal, Loadmart only issues the download link once Paypal confirms the purchase.

Loadmart is a marketplace where sellers and buyers of digital goods meet. Digital content can be instantly downloaded without the need to input your address or create an account with Loadmart. Anybody can sign up to use Loadmart and sell their digital content. It is free to create an account and since Loadmart is a subscription-less website your items never expire and you never have to worry about paying a subscription fee on a regular basis. It is only when your items sell that Loadmart collects a 20% commission of the sale price. Once you have completed the registration wait for our staff to approve your application. This process may take anywhere from 2-12 hours. Approving your applications assures that you are entered into our database as a seller and puts your Paypal email address on our payout list. Sales are distributed every Thursday for the previous week of selling. Joining our seller program is free and carries no monthly fees or hidden charges. Loadmart will not and cannot charge your Paypal account for any reason as we a subscription-less website. Commissions of 20% are deducted only when you sell a product. Your products will never be removed and they do not expire, unless you decide to remove them yourself (excludes products that violate Loadmart's and Paypal's Terms and Conditions).
