This window is the first to appear when you login to sell your products. It includes your name, company info and some quick-links to your orders and purchases you made with your account.

When your ready to list items for sale, click the Add Product tab.

Fill in the following information about your product:
[Product Title] - Enter the title of your product, it should be more than 4 words. [Description] - Describe your product to buyers in detail. You may use some font decorations. [Keywords] - Enter up to six Keywords for your product. [Categories] - Choose a category that best fits your product. [Product Thumbnail] - Choose an ad image and then click upload. You may add alt tags to the image if you wish. [Sample File] - Choose a sample file of your product. After clicking upload make sure to check "List".

[Sell Price] - Set the price in US dollars. [Copy Cat Protection] - Enabling this feature will make your description unselectable therefore harder to copy. [Digital File] - Upload the main file being sold.


To replace the file uploaded with a different one, select "delete" and upload the new file. [Privacy] - Public ads will show up in the marketplace (recommended). Private ads will not show up in the marketplace, but search engines will find the ad directly.

The products tab lets you see what items you currently have for sale. You can edit, delete or view your active items from here.

The Items Sold tab offers two main features: it lets you know what files you have sold and allows you to issue refunds in case the customer was unsatisfied.

To refund an order click on the letter icon. Pay special attention to the order ID to avoid refunding the wrong customer. Always ask customer to verify order ID before sending any additional files.

Edit your personal information under this tab. Your contact email address can be different from your Paypal email address.
